By using Pipsstack products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Pipsstack website (pipsstack.com), purchasing any indicator, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pipsstack.

Products & Services

Pipsstack provides custom-built TradingView indicators that generate buy and sell signals for forex, cryptocurrency, and stock markets. Our products include:

  • TradingView indicator scripts that display visual buy/sell signals on charts.
  • Automatic alert functionality (requires a TradingView Premium subscription, which is separate from Pipsstack).
  • Customer support via email, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

⚠️ Important: Our indicators are decision-support tools. They provide signals based on technical analysis algorithms. They are NOT financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of profit.

Purchases & Payment

All Pipsstack indicators are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access. There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges.

Payment Methods:

  • Pakistani Buyers: Bank transfer to our designated Meezan Bank account.
  • International Buyers: Contact us via Telegram (+92 313 1130705) to arrange payment.

Prices are listed in USD on our website. All prices are final and inclusive. Pipsstack reserves the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

Delivery & Access

After payment is confirmed:

  • You must provide your TradingView username and the indicator name you purchased.
  • Access is granted manually by our team, typically within 1-2 hours during business hours (Pakistan Standard Time).
  • The indicator will appear in the "Invite-only scripts" section of your TradingView account.
  • You will receive a confirmation message via Telegram or WhatsApp once access is granted.

Delivery times may vary on weekends and holidays. If access has not been granted within 24 hours, please contact us.

Refund Policy

🚫 All sales are final. No refunds are offered after access has been granted to the indicator on TradingView.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that access is granted immediately and cannot be revoked, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

We encourage all buyers to carefully review the indicator descriptions, pricing, and FAQs before making a purchase. If you have any questions, contact us before purchasing.

License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a Pipsstack indicator, you receive:

  • A personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the indicator on TradingView.
  • Lifetime access to the indicator and all future updates at no additional cost.
  • The right to use the indicator on any device where your TradingView account is active.

This license is for personal use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your access to any other person or entity.

Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your TradingView access credentials with others for the purpose of sharing indicator access.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or replicate the indicator's code or logic.
  • Redistribute, resell, or offer the indicator (or its signals) as a paid service to third parties.
  • Use the indicator in any way that violates TradingView's Terms of Service.
  • Misrepresent Pipsstack indicators as your own creation or brand.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of your indicator access without refund.

Disclaimer

⚠️ Trading forex, cryptocurrencies, and stocks carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

Pipsstack indicators are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee any specific financial results, profits, or returns.
  • Past performance and backtested results do not guarantee future performance.
  • The ~70% signal accuracy rate is based on internal testing and may not reflect your individual trading results.
  • Pipsstack is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or registered investment firm.
  • Our products are educational and informational tools, not financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipsstack and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any financial losses, trading losses, or damages resulting from the use of our indicators.
  • Any decisions made based on signals generated by our indicators.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Any interruptions, delays, or errors in indicator availability on TradingView's platform.

Your use of Pipsstack indicators is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk management.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Pipsstack website and all indicator code, algorithms, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of Pipsstack and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Pipsstack content without prior written permission.

Account Termination

Pipsstack reserves the right to revoke your indicator access at any time, without notice or refund, if:

  • You violate any of these Terms of Service.
  • You engage in fraudulent payment activity.
  • You share, redistribute, or resell indicator access.
  • You attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the indicator code.

Changes to These Terms

Pipsstack reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
